Food Services Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for the timely planning/ preparation of nutritional meals, ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of food and kitchen supplies. In addition, he/she is responsible for maintaining the kitchen, pantry, dining area and all equipment to ensure compliance with Health Department regulations. The Food Service Supervisor will manage the food service staff. The Food Service Supervisor will communicate equipment maintenance/ repair/ deficiencies concerns to the to the Residential Manager and will follow up with physical plant requests. While the Food Service Supervisor should demonstrate professional conduct within relationship with patients they should not engage in direct intervention with patients. The Food Service Supervisor will uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel and trainee/client data and information in the performance of assigned duties.
