CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Strong organizational and management skills with ability to organize and prioritize their work as well as effective delegation of duties.
  2. Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
  3. Knowledge of developing instructional and procedural documentation.
  4. High level of competence with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
  5. High degree of attention to detail.
  6. Able to establish effective working relationships with referral sources, clinicians, clients and other business representatives.
  7. Ability to build and support cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong understanding of health care operations, HIPAA regulations, THHSC Assisted Living Facility regulations and CARF standards.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision and direction.

Education:

Master's Degree in Business and/or Health Care Administration, or related field required.

Experience:

Five years' experience in healthcare administration.
