CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and management skills with ability to organize and prioritize their work as well as effective delegation of duties.
- Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of developing instructional and procedural documentation.
- High level of competence with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Able to establish effective working relationships with referral sources, clinicians, clients and other business representatives.
- Ability to build and support cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of health care operations, HIPAA regulations, THHSC Assisted Living Facility regulations and CARF standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision and direction.
Education:
Master's Degree in Business and/or Health Care Administration, or related field required.
Experience:
Five years' experience in healthcare administration.
